Municipal Court
As is with all court, municipal court is a serious matter in New Jersey. We advise our clients not to take any matter too lightly. The expense of an attorney can be far outweighed by the costs associated with an adverse ruling. Municipal court covers a wide range of matters from traffic citations to driving while intoxicated.
New Jersey Municipal Courts handle a variety of things: parking offense, non-DWI traffic offenses, disorderly and petty disorderly person offenses, local ordinance violations, indictable offenses, and DWI offenses.
