From the time your USPTO Trademark Application is approved you have 6 months to submit a Statement of Use / Allegation of Use. If you have not begun to use the trademark you can request an extension of time. Depending on your answers to the following questions we can determine which service you require.
*Please note that in addition to our fee fee you are responsible for the required filing fees of $100 (SOU) / $125 (Extension) per classification charged by the USPTO (United States Patent and Trademark Office).
