From the time your USPTO Trademark Registration is granted you must renew your registration between 5 and 6 years after the registration date and then between every 9 and 10 year anniversary of your registration thereafter. Depending on your answers to the following questions we can determine which service you require.
*Please note that in addition to our fee you are responsible for the required filing fees, Section 8 Declaration is $225 per classification, Section 15 Declaration is $200 per classification, Section 9 Application is $300 per classification, Section 71 Declaration is $225 per classification, charged by the USPTO (United States Patent and Trademark Office).
